Lompoc Theatre Project Executive Director Mark Herrier and Honorary Chairpersons Brad Hall and Julia Louis-Dreyfus kick off the Phase III capital campaign under the Lompoc Theatre marquee.

Aimed for completion in time to celebrate the centennial anniversary of our beloved theatre, Phase III will see extensive interior and exterior renovations that will allow Lompoc Theatre to be open at full capacity.

The theater’s three-phased renovation totals $18.9 million, with $9.8 million left to raise. Joining the cause are longtime supporters and friends of Lompoc Theatre, Brad Hall and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, who are serving as Honorary Chairpersons for the capital campaign to fully fund this worthwhile project.

Phase III projects include:

  • Interior theater renovations including: foundations, superstructure, exterior enclosure, auditorium roofing, interior repairs and finishes, elevator and stairs, fire, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, seats, lights, sound, equipment, furnishing.

  • Exterior theater renovations including: expanding parking with lights, landscaping, and fencing; creating lobby courtyard with ADA theater and courtyard access; utility rooms.

  • Various necessary capital expenses including: insurance, bonding, architecture & engineering, site prep, taxes, fees, consultants, inspections, fundraising & contractors.
